Forensic Investigation Torches have changed the landscape of crime scene investigation, they are now helping in the fight against Covid-19 at multiple locations.
The Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) pictured, has already benefitted from improved cleaning standards and updated protocol as a result of the introduction of Forensic Investigation Torches. (SARCS-LED) . The CopperTree Forensic light source is now also helping to target human biological traces not visible to the human eye, in order to combat Covid-19 (CoronaVirus)
NHS Coronavirus Advice
- * Wash Your Hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
- * Always wash your hands when you get home from work
- * Use Hard sanitiser gel if soap and water not available
- * Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
- * Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
- * Try to avoid contact with people who are unwell
